COVID-19 Policy and Procedures


Keeping Everyone Safe:

The safety of our guests and staff is our priority we wish to take measures to make your stay a happy one. Our legal Health and Safety obligations is to minimise risk to our guests, staff, and contractors.


We can reassure our guests that all our staff are COVID-19 vaccinated and continue to provide the fantastic high standard of hygiene/cleanliness.

  • Face masks must be worn in the reception office, and are recommended in indoor communal facilities.
  • No unregistered visitors on site. All visitors to report to reception on arrival.
  • Physical distancing of 1-2 metres is also required where possible during your time at Havelock Holiday Park to help ensure the health and safety of all guests and staff.
  • As per Ministry of Health guidelines all guests are to scan in and supply full names and contact details (email address, phone number, or home address) of all guests

Please note that failure to comply with this policy may see the cancellation of your booking with immediate effect.
